Creativ „IN” structura vs. Creativ „CU” structura

Simteam de mai multa vreme nevoia sa scriu un articol dedicat in special celor care considera disciplina o limitare a libertatii.
Chiar zilele trecute vorbeam cu un prieten care imi spunea ca e frustrat pentru ca parintii nu i-au creat, cat a fost tanar, un context in care sa fie mai disciplinat si mai consecvent.
Din contra, a fost antrenat in ceea ce, in termeni de specialitate, se numeste „fascinatia obiectului stralucitor”… adica sa inceapa multe lucruri, sa termine foarte putine, sa se demotiveze repede si sa consume foarte multa energie ca sa se mentina pe un singur drum la un moment dat.
Asa cum am argumentat si in multe alte randuri, nimic remarcabil nu a fost realizat in acest fel.
Omul nu a ajuns pe luna fara ani de dedicare focusata si concentrata pe acel rezultat final…
Un medaliat cu aur la orice Olimpiada nu a urcat pe cea mai inalta treapta venind direct de la jogging din parc…
O firma multinationala nu a fost ridicata la nivelul Forbes 500 dupa o saptamana de eforturi intermitente…
Un copil cu o stima de sine puternica, cu valori autentice si incredere in propriul potential nu a ajuns sa fie asa doar dintr-o vacanta de vara petrecuta la bunici… si asa mai departe…
Ce au in comun toate aceste rezultate?…
